Panera Bread

Food is very good. Don't execute well when busy, and staff is indifferent. Catering seems to be the priority over walk ins definitely.

Absolutely terrible service. Walked in for breakfast, and it literally turned 10:30 as we were ordering and they cancelled our order and refused to serve us breakfast. Sad because we had just let someone go in front of us who was happily served breakfast. Extremely lame manager and customer service! They didn’t even apologize as we watched them switch the menu in front of us.

The counter person was not good. Not given us proper information. The chef was good. He gave us actually what we wanted.

The problem with Panera is that you get too little food for too much money. I dropped $15 today for lunch for a salad and soda. Could have gotten more from a full-service restaurant for that. And it's not very tasty either. It's good for a place to hang out and work for awhile.

Still dishing out good food. Had maybe 2 tables sat when I went in to pickup food. The lady at the register was helpful and friendly
