I had ordered bedding and shams for my sons room. I looked at bedding as soon as I received it, but never looked at pillow shams till I finally finished redoing my sons room. That's when I noticed a problem with shams.nnThey were so helpful when I noticed there was a problem. They got back to me right away and sent me out new ones.nnI have bought from them in the past and will continue to in the near future.nnThank you so much Vision bedding for putting a smile on my son's face!nnI recommend purchasing from them. I ordered a custom photo queen size comforter. Two weeks later, I received a generic blanket. I was initially irritated and emailed Abby. She apologized and said that she would have this job done ASAP. When I received my custom blanket two weeks later, all was forgiven. An absolutely wonderful print of my now deceased pups. Breathtaking, really. And an amazing 3-D quality. I've referred friends and family and will be looking for other projects to be done through Vision Bedding. Highly recommend!!
I ordered a comforter and 2 shams from Vision Bedding. The shams were perfect, but the picture on the comforter had been stretched disproportionately before being printed and we were not happy with it. I reached out to convey my disappointment and Justin (the owner) immediately set out to resolve the problem. Shortly after, I was sent a 2nd comforter to replace the first and I could not be more thrilled! It is PERFECT! I am very impressed with the quality of the products and the willingness to make things right. I definitely recommend Vision Bedding and I will definitely be a repeat customer!
I ordered 2 rugs with matching curtains. They are amazing! Well made and beautiful. I want to add that the customer service is wonderful as well! I had an issue with the Postal delivery, and Vision Bedding was ready to fix the issue if the Post Office didn't. Thankfully, my package was recovered, but, the fact that they would help out is rare for companies. I highly recommend, and will be ordering more items to complete my set. Thanks all!
We just purchased these tire track curtains and LOVE them!! The whole experience was fantastic! Very short time from when we ordered to the time they arrived in our mailbox and they are excellent, durable quality! So many different options to choose from, too! We will definitely be ordering from VisionBedding again, soon!
