My Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken was fantastic today. It was so good I had to copy and paste all that was in it. All I wanted was a salad coming after Thanksgiving day. Despite many of my coworkers telling me to never order from this location again I did anyway. Pictured is my receipt, my order receipt and the actual sandwich(the salad was just as I asked it to be). This was my second time ordering and my sandwich is wrong, I didn't leave a review the first time but I thought I would share this one. Maybe they are better if you go in based on the positive reviews but that shouldn't mean those of us who order online or for delivery don't deserve our food to be correct as well.

I have never experienced a business going so far out of its way to remedy a mistake. I ordered delivery today and my order was not correct - I decided to call because I had actually paid extra to customize a sandwich that arrived plain. They ending up delivering to my home a new (correct) sandwich, a bag of chips and two cookies on the house, and a refund in cash. I am incredibly impressed and appreciative!

Had food delivered from Panera. The food tasted like cigarettes and the bag smelled. Didn’t even make the sandwich correctly.

This store steals from delivery driversnnI had a huge catering order ($300+) yesterday from this location. When I arrived to pick it up, they said the customer called in to add more things on a second order and to leave a generous tip for the driver, and that they merged the orders together so they wouldn’t have to assign a second Doordash driver. After I completed the delivery, my app only showed a $2.76 tip. Which is fine, a tip is extra anyway but that is extremely unusual amount for an order that large. So I stopped by the Panera afterwords and they told me yes there should’ve been a $47 tip that was on the second part. So after a night and day full of back and forth with Doordash and Panera customer service, it’s Panera’s own customer service that tells me the second part was processed as a store pickup, therefore the tip never entered the Doordash system to get to me, and whatever worker at the store kept it for themselves. That’s theft. I know times are hard for a lot of us, but you didn’t earn that money. I hope you’re proud of yourself. Stay away from this Panera
