Panera Bread

I'm not a big Panera fan personally. I will say that they are very consistent. The wait for food is never long and the food is always hot and fresh.

Panera offers a wonderful subscription service that allows one to get a daily coffee for $8.99 a month. The manager at this location decided that this was too good a deal and had the ability to order from the app disabled. Now to get a coffee everyone has to stand in a long Covid line being exposed. Terrible idea and frankly quite dangerous. How can you cut off mobile orders during a pandemic in a hospital!!!!!!!!!!! WOW PANERA!! YOU SUCK!!!

The location inside the Hospital at CMC was not good. Only because my Baja grain bowel was under cooked. The rice was hard and payed for extra meat which it wasn't

Group order was placed and my sandwich in the group was the toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich. When my co worker brought the order back, my sandwich was a plain toasted cheese sandwich with 2 pieces of bacon and seemed to have been cooked hours before I got it because the cheese was rubbery and cold like it came out of the fridge. I would not recommend Panera bread to anyone. Order at your own risk!

Great customer service. Restaurant clean.
