Dunkin'

I come here about twice a month on Sundays. I’m an avid coffee drinker but also travel full time. I’ve had my fair share of hotel and airplane coffee from questionable sources. My coffee today was the worst I’ve had. Despite my cup having the correct instructions on the sticker the only thing added was cream and the coffee was so watered down it tasted like I was just drinking watered down creamer. 10 parts water, 1 part creamer. 0 stars coffee, 4 stars for my breakfast croissant. In addition when they ask for my opinion on the receipt the survey code was invalid. Triple checked and verified. No free donuts for me.

Horrible customer service!! I placed an order online and there was no option to modify a drink . The app said to contact the store so I called the store 5 times and no one answered. I had to call the delivery driver just to get ahold of the store. The store manager started yelling at the delivery driver telling him the order has already been made and there cannot be any changes made. All I wanted was Carmel added to my iced coffee, I had to end up leaving my job go to there and speak to the manager who was still yelling and telling me they were too busy to change my drink!! I have never had such poor customer service in my life I will never go to this store again!!!

This place was very busy! My order was correct and hot. Highly recommended!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I am a daily regular here and although their drive through always has a long line the staff is always busting their butts to get the line moving! There is an older darker skinned man that works at this location and he is ALWAYS ALWAYS friendly and willing to get the job correctly and done fast. I applaud the regular employees I see there daily and I always look forward to visiting this location before work. Thank you for being such a great addition to Kings Drive!

Dunkin coffee is aways good, my beverage of choice.
