***STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!***nBrandon Froehlich sold me a Polaris ATV that is a lemon. Said the belt was broken, but lied and said nothing else was wrong with the machine. It leaks oil like a SOB because the crank case is shattered and has epoxy all over the crack, which is on the bottom of the crank case and I couldn't see that until I took all the plastic body parts off the machine, also, the motor mounts are broken, which allows the engine to move substantially. Brandon told me he was selling it because it was too big for his daughter to ride. Brandon lied to me, and that lie has cost me time and money. Just to get the atv to riding condition will require that spend about $1,000 and time to repair it my self. If I had an atv repair business fix it, it would be even more money. Had he just been upfront with me, it would have saved me time and money. ***STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!***

Very unorganized. The indoor arena is used more for storage of tractors 4 wheelers and lawnmowers, picnic tables and other stuff. The terrain is not 300 acres and is very rocky for gaited horses. Inside stall/pasture board will be mostly stall. There is no grass in pasture but there is plenty of piles of fallen trees and limbs leaving lots of room for snake dens. The bathroom is a outside port a pottie. The outside stalls are never cleaned and therefore is a breeding ground for flies. The owner has a lot of family issues which takes up Alot of her time. She does however feed good quality pellet feed. If you want anything extra done however small it will cost you an extra $25.00nShe is not really knowledgeable about horses except on small stuff so don't expect top of the line know how!!! If you choose to board your horse there you also need to be able to show up every day unexpectedly to get a general idea of what is going on. The wash pit is always dirty with poo and is left so long that grass starts growing and after a farrier visit expect to clean the pit yourself because there are always nails left behind that no one cleans up also if you leave your brushes and supplies they have a tendency to disappear. She will also gossip from one Tennant to another. If you love your horse and want top quality care for them.......BEWARE. They also have a lot of fundraisers which are Never what they are advertised to be.
