I first visited Caring Dentistry last year needing a root canal upon a referral from someone close to me. Everyone at Caring Dentistry is knowledgeable as well as extremely friendly. I was so impressed with the staff and doctors that I left my previous dentist of ten years. Caring Dentistry treats you more like family as opposed to a patient. Love the office! Love the team!
Best dentist I have been to. The staff is friendly, and the dentist always takes his time in explaining what is being done. Unplanned circumstances brought me here, but I am glad they did. Well worth the 35 minute drive.
The hygienist cancel appointments regularly. Last month my appointments were canceled due to hygienist not showing up and I was forced to reschedule the day of my appointment. Then I get an email stating that one of my children would have to reschedule as the provider once again would not be available. Then my family gets sick and I ask to reschedule on the day of my appointment and they tell me I have to pay 48 dollars per appointment for not giving them 48 hours notice. We live in this new world of covid. Safety to the employees should be top priority. This company only cares about money, not safety!
I had been going to the same the same dentist since I was 22 yrs old so naturally I was nervous about seeing a new dentist. Everyone at Caring Dentistry was wonderful. They all are caring and made me feel comfortable. They will be my new dentist from now on
Dr. Weiss and one of his assistants Lindsay are wonderful. Very caring and understanding, all the office staff are nice and easy to talk to. My kids will go in for their cleaning and not think twice about going back by themselves. Great dentist office.
