Zero empathy and an extreme lack of passion to resemble anything close to customer service. Like if they are bothered to fill prescriptions. I called yesterday to check on inventory of medication I am prescribed as I know already they lack consistency in their inventory. The guy says he’ll have it tomorrow (today) after 1pm. I ask him into put me on a list to save me my prescription size so I know when I go down there I will have it filled. I get there and he tells me they are maxed out on what they can order and it won’t be available until next month well over a week from now. I now have to drive an hour out of town to have it filled rather than 5 minutes from my home because of the state I get it prescribed in. Not even an apology for wasting my time nor accountability in letting me know they don’t have it. The guy doesn’t care and I’ve had consistency issues with this pharmacy as has my mom because of their lack of professionalism in doing their job correctly. They don’t deserve to stay in business and I will not apologize for saying such and I am letting my Doctor know to not send his patients to this pharmacy anymore because they are doing a disservice to his profession.

I will definitely be back if I need a New Mexico prescription filled. I arrived 10 minutes before closing. The pharmacist was friendly and calm. He assured me it was no problem filling the prescription.

Very friendly and cordial service. Great location off of the main highway in Anthony, New Mexico.
