I had the pleasure to work with Dove on three trips, Ireland, Italy & a viking river cruise. All details were handled expertly & professionally. All we had to do was enjoy our trips with no worries.
Good response time. We cancelled because of Covid
Dove booked a trip to Italy for us covering several cities over a two week period. When we arrive in Rome on a Friday afternoon, we found the hotel Ponte Sisto had done a bate and switch with our hotel room putting us in a match box room that had not been cleaned and the staff were extremely rude. We called Dove and within an hour she had us in a suite in the Rose Garden Hotel next to the US Embassy. Wow, what service. Outstanding!!
