I have had a good experience with diamond grove my son was only there for 2 weeks he has told me that everyone was nice to him and didn't have any problems and no they didn't keep him sedated which he said there was some they do but I imagine that they have a lot of problems they are dealing with and all we can do is pray for them and their familiesnnThe staff has been real friendly and I couldn't ask for anything betternnThanks Diamond Grove!

I was about 12 or 13 when i went to DGC and it was soo bad. The food was nasty and we couldnt even talk

This place is a absolute joke!! If u have a child there I'd definitely recommend getting them out. I've called to check on my child twice and have been hung up on. Seems like all the workers are higher than a kite. They barely can speak. Not a good example for any child.

I was admitted here when I was 15, (about 6 years ago) they put me on drugs not even 10 minutes after I walked through the door to the living area. The staff were uncaring and unprofessional. My mother came to visit and got a look at me and said I looked 100x worse. She pulled me out immediately. I wasn't allowed to talk to anyone, we weren't even allowed to LAUGH, I was roomed with a girl and she laughed at a joke I made and they took away precious minutes on the phone with her family as a penalty. Not only was it cruel, it made me feel guilty for wanting to make someone smile, and it also reinforced the belief that we weren't allowed to be happy even for a moment.nI had trouble sleeping for weeks after, afraid I'd wake up there again. I still get anxious going to Louisville.nIf she reads this one day, I hope you are happy and thriving. You deserve to laugh and be happy.nI'd give this place zero stars if I could, if anything it made my depression worse.
