From the very beginning of our custom home build, we were impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of Dustin initially, then Michael as he managed our project. Both were engaged in our project from design to completion, offering advice, ideas, and ultimately helping us design a home that fit our needs and lifestyle.nnCaliber does all those little extras you don’t always find when you hire a contractor. From handmade beam accents complete with wooden dowel construction to blocking for hanging televisions and curtains to putting screening below our screened deck that is removable for cleaning and hanging an antique door we found. When our screen doors were not performing as anticipated, they replaced them at no cost to us.nnMichael always answered our calls, responded promptly to emails and messages, and was quick to resolve any issues. Having lived in our new home for about 5 months, we are very pleased with the quality of construction and the functionality of our home. Thank you to Michael and Dustin for helping us build a home that is beautiful and allows us to unwind and enjoy time with family at the lake. We would definitely recommend Caliber to others looking to build or remodel.

Caliber LLC put an additional deck onto our existing deck at an affordable price and even finished the job early! They were very professional, kept our area clean, and it turned out exactly what we had in mind! We are thrilled with our new deck and very happy with Caliber LLC! Thanks guys! Job well done!

We contacted Dustin at Caliber construction for our house project and we definitely did the right decision we are very pleased with all the work they did. Dustin is always available by phone,text, or email we strongly recommend Caliber construction if you have a project and you don’t want to be dealing with a lot of people and sending floor plans to different companies you just deal with Dustin and he’ll handle the rest,Thank you!

Dustin is a guy who is very easy to work with and provides the right amount of communication. We were having our custom home bid on by multiple contractors. We did end up going with a different contractor; however, I would still recommend Caliber as a strong consideration if you are thinking about building a custom home. The reasons are: communication, design process, and dedication towards his customers/potential customers.

Hands downs, the BEST contractors to work with. Dustin and Michael always made us feel important and like we were the only house they were building (which we know we weren't). They made sure every single decision that had to be made was our decision, and never once left us in the dark if something needed changed. Their crews were super nice and very respectful. I've never walked into cleaner work sites than what Caliber's crews have left. They also finished our project in a timely manner and were right on point with every time frame. Hands down - the best and would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking at building or remodeling.
