I came in and waited 10 minutes before a receptionist actually came to the front. And when she came from the back, she didn’t greet me. All she said was “can I help you”, in a dry tone. There was one other person in the waiting area. The one positive thing I can say that was done was she did ask me to go to one of the offices after she asked what was wrong. She said that I didn’t need to be around other people. Totally understandable. But also working with the public for years and with people, you have to demonstrate a positive attitude at all times. People come to a doctors office because they don’t feel well...so working at a place like this why wouldn’t you be at least nice and smile? Customer service skills needed here. And also thicker walls between these little sitting rooms would be great.

I have been calling all day just to pay a bill because they wanna sue me over $29!!! How am I supposed to pay if they won’t answer!! They have answered and wouldn’t talk then just hang up on me ud83dude2aud83dude44
