This dealership was many miles from us. We needed a part and all was coordinated on phone from many miles. When arriving at dealership all went just as we discussed on phone. This part is in high demand and many dealerships are held up with not being able to get it. I feel sure this dealership could have sold it before we arrived. They stood true to their word!Even locally you can not get some to stand good for their word. I would recommend doing business with them and would do so myself if we lived in their area!

My soon to be 16 year old son found a diamondnin the rough at Marshall Ford; a highly sought after late model, low mileage Toyota Tacoma. After a phone call and 3 text messages with Sales Consultant Heath Ellingburg we were on our way to Philadelphia, MS from Hoover, AL the next morning to take ownership. Mr. Heath, Ms. June, and the staff at Marshall Ford are down home, salt of the earth folks like we prefer to do business with. To say it was a pleasurable and super smooth experience is an understatement. They far exceeded all expectations and I would drive 3 hours each way again tomorrow to do it all again. It was an experience for us and our son that he’ll never forget and we’ll be forever grateful.
While traveling out of town my 2020 Explorer broke down on the side of the road. Marshall Ford was the closest Ford dealership. My car was towed to their dealership for repairs, however their service department is not opened on Saturdays and the car would not be looked at until Monday morning. The dealership was unable to provide us with a rental car until the car could be fixed. The local Enterprise was also closed on weekends and we were left out of town with no transportation. I later found out through Ford customer service that the dealership was in fact suppose to provide a rental car to us while our Explorer was being fixed. The customer service was terrible at this dealership and I would NEVER recommend business with this company EVER! This was the worst experience ever!
Worked most of this transaction online. Heath was a great help. The vehicle that I wanted was not on the lot, but he had what I was looking for and let me know when a trade came in that was like what I wanted. Vehicle was exactly as he stated and the rest of the process was easy with no high pressure sales pitch and no unnecessary calls or e-mails.
