Great customer service in the express oil change department. They get you in and out. Everyone at Griffis Motors is friendly, courteous, and helpful.

When my 2017 Ram 1500 broke down on a thu 6, I called ahead, used the towing service they recommended. They told me they would start on the repair on Monday.nOn Wednesday I called to check on it, they said they hadn't started on it, if they had a chance it would be a week or two before they could, said I might want to take it to another Dodge dealer.nTotally unacceptable, I paid $630.00 to have it towed back to Louisiana, they had it fixed and running in 4 days.nI hope if your out of town you dont need this dealership, cause they will not help you.
