Last Friday, the man I spoke with provided me with terrible customer service. He swear he wasn't being judgmental but he was, and it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. He called himself counting myy pockets. First, he asked me how much I pay for rent, which was really none of his business because what did that have to do with me trying to purchase a car? Second, he did calculations and ended up telling me that I would have such and such left over and that i wouldn't be able to pay my notes with money I'd have left after paying my rent, like he just know how much money I have, in which he didn't have the first clue. I won't ever go back to that place and I literally see why ONLY MaKayla get all the outstanding reviews with great things being said.Too bad I couldn't get her services

I had a wonderful experience, Makayla was very friendly and informative. Makayla made me feel so at home and explained all the paperwork to me and made sure I understood everything before signing anything!I really enjoyed the whole experience at Southern Premier and I really fell like I have a great vehicle!I would definitely refer family and friends to Premier!

Mikayla Figueroa was an excellent sales rep. When we walked in she greeted us with a smile. As she help us and while doing our paper work she was communicating with us as if she knew us off the streets. I loved her energy and can really tell she's a people person. She sold me a carud83dude01..
