The ladies who work here all need SERIOUS customer service/special needs training! Each one of them are nothing but slothful, hateful and rude and it highly apparent they hate their jobs (*Jill and Kacee*)... Kacee was beyond short tempered and yelling at a hearing impaired customer is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!nLadies shame on each and every one of you!

I was lucky enough to get a rude teller named KACEE. No matter how pleasant or positive my responses were, she still seemed unhappy, unpleasant and rude. As far as the service goes, I got what I needed for a tag renewal at least. If a customer is calm and kind the teller should be professional and pleasant as well.

The young ladies at this office deserve a standing ovation!!! Although they are not open for full service they are open. I can’t believe that people were getting mad because the have limited services due to the caution surrounding the virus. I just moved from South Carolina and was able to switch my tag. That wasn’t the best part. They were extremely positive and kept the air lighter even when all this was going on!!! Kudos ladies!!! Kudos!

The only good thing about going in for your car tags is that you only have to go once a year. There was no wait, but Kaycee was one of the worst people I have dealt with in a long time. She absolutely acted as though I was putting her out from the moment I walked up to her window. I showed her a form that I thought had to be notarized there; before I even finished explaining what it was she cut me off and very rudely told me they don’t complete those forms. When I asked her how long the tags would be good for, she said she would tell me later, which she never did. I supposed she can’t walk and chew gum at the same time. I attribute her rudeness to her age and having never been taught good customer service. Rest assured I will never approach her window again. I worked many jobs over the years where I dealt with the public and have never treated a customer the way I was treated. Rest assured I would have been fired if I had. Oh well, my advice to others is just stay away from her window.

All the ladies that work here are so kind, layed back and incredibly knowledgeable of the laws govern taxes for the Magnolia State. THANK YOU TO ALL THE LADIES.
