Clean, friendly staff. Overheard a dog owner getting training from staff. It was educational and the teacher was friendly and communicated well with the owner. The cashier had a hard time locating the flea medication we wanted and was knowledgeable enough to suggest alternative options. The shopping experience was pleasant overall.

I bring my puppy here to get his nails shaved down and the girls are really great with him. I highly recommend going here. The people enjoy and love dogs.

The place has good animals, employees, the whole 9 yards. We went there to buy a cage and a hide for my new pet, a garter snake on the front porch of our house, but th animals distracted us. They had cute hamsters, birds, and a bunch of other cuties. I would recommend this pet store.

While they were Buick in grooming my dogs I am not sure they were groomed because they did not have a smell that reflected it. I purchased the Deep Coat Conditioning to really get after cleaning but I could not tell they were cleaned. How do I know if I set an appointment to get my dog(s) cleaned that they will actually smell like they were.

They are very helpful, they will pull up shopping history and all sorts of other things. Good store.
