A M A Z I N G! We moved from Missouri to Hawaii. This was my first experience with a moving company and this team went above and way beyond my expectations. Elaine and her husband as well as their awesome team worked nonstop to ensure everything was securely packed and ready for shipping. They walked through the house with me as I instructed them on everything that was to be packed up (which was just about everything in the house!). They labeled the outside of the boxes with clear descriptions of each box’s contents. If they had any questions they didn’t hesitate to check with me first. They gave me assurance and instructions as to how things would go once we arrived in Hawaii and they were 100% correct. Fortunately everything arrived in the same condition as it left. Not a single broken or missing item! I wish I could tell them how much mental and physical relieve they provided me by making this all such a smooth process. Thank you thank you thank you! I highly recommend this team if you have to move or store any items. THE BEST!! They were super friendly, considerate, personable, and much much more. Thank you!!!!
I have lived in St. Louis for 10 years and have moved multiple times. Hazzard Moving was hands down the best experience to date. First off, Pat, the owner, personally took my call to coordinate my move. Pat wen above and beyond to schedule the move. He was kind, extremely responsive and very professional. On the day of our move, Erissie, LaVaughn, and Tony were fantastic! I highly recommend this team of movers! All three gentlemen were on time, extremely professional and fun to talk with during the move. They were efficient and extremely careful with moving many heavy and expensive items. I will 100% use Hazzard Moving in the future, and so should you!
Moving has always been a dreadful experience for me. Hazzard Movers were just unbelievable from the beginning to end.nEveryone I interacted with were professional, honest and so very pleasant.nI honestly and highly recommend Hazzard Moving to alleviate all the fears you have heard about Moving Companies.nThese guys are GREAT!!!!!
The people we worked with were very responsive, helpful and courteous- specifically the driver and his crew that delivered our items from St. Louis to our new location. Unfortunately between items being unloaded to their warehouse for temp storage and loaded back into the truck for delivery, we sustained damage to 6 of the 11 pieces of furniture they moved. The damage was more than just a ding or scratch here or there. I would not recommend Hazzard Moving. If you do go with Hazzard , you should consider the low deductible insurance.
Absolutely horrible. Was hired by military to deliver my household goods. MAYBE 50% of the boxes made it into the proper rooms. Found parts of my sons bed in 4 different rooms. They assembled NOTHING, which they were supposed to assemble everything that the other movers disassembled. They rushed the job and just through stuff everywhere. Found boxes marked “master bedroom” in almost every room of the house, including the garage. They broke one of our chairs (not a big deal), and told us their maintenance guy would fix it and have it to us in a couple days. Just got it back recently, a month later after I had to call and track it down. Terrible service and wouldn’t recommend to anyone
