I just wanna say great lot ,and new pavement or patch work on some dips on an entry way would do good.

This is a very convenient location being adjacent to the convention center. Parking prices tend to fluctuate; normal days are $10 for 24 hours. There is no parking attendant so you need to make sure you pay the machine. The machine requires your license plate number and if you input it incorrectly or do not pay to park, you will get a ticket (saw an unfortunate vehicle). There isn’t much security (fencing, boom sticks, CCTV, etc.) but we had no problems.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! I got a ticket using their parking lot back in April and at the time thought nothing of it because I logged in online and paid it as soon as I got home using the website on the violation notice. Well I never got a confirmation email my payment of 42 dollars was received and since I seen the charge was taken out of my bank account I assumed it would come later and the violation paid. Well 5 months later I received a letter from their lawyer stating it was NEVER PAID!! My mother paid and I paid using both our cards not realizing til later that we both had paid the same ticket when only one payment was needed. Well I tried calling this company and never got a response and there's no actual representative to physically talk to. So I emailed their company and days went by with no response so I sent another email threatening to get my lawyer involved and THEN they responded. I provided all the documents showing how they charged us 3 times and now they will only refund one of the payments that they charged us TWICE FOR! and when I brought this up their response was they still will only refund one payment.

EDITED****nGreat location and ease of access but there's a chance of scammers at the entrance. On Sunday 4-07-19 during Wizard World St Louis, a guy was out front taking money from cars even though the lot has an automated pay kiosk. I knew I was conned when I realized that I had no ticket or receipt to prove that I had paid for the spot, AND I witnessed several other cars blowing right by this guy and into the lot because they knew he wasn't for real. I got out of my car and paid the kiosk for my ticket after watching this guy work for awhile. Oh well, lesson learned I guess. I'll still use this lot in the future, but I guess I'll just ignore anyone standing in front?nnEdit: we had a representative call us after we left a message to make good on the incident. We were not expecting anything to come of it so we were pleasantly surprised :)
