Claims you can reserve parking on other websites and overbooks their lot. Customer service is fairly rude and unhelpful. Don't recommend parking here and if you have a problem just contest the charge with your credit card company for services not delivered, your CC will always side with you in situations like this.

DONT PARK HERE WITH YOUR KIDS. Lot is always full of used condoms and trash, clearly not taken care of. There are garages and gated parking lots nearby that are much nicer and secure.

My tags got stolen and car got broken into. My bf pays monthly and it’s not worth it. Pay monthly but you’re not secure for a spot when it’s full. You should have a reserve spot for people who pays monthly.
