Before the previous owner sold the business it was the best place to go in St. Louis. The people who bought tip top don’t care about the customer. The staff is very polite i really like them. It all went wrong when they stopped cleaning and pressing at that location.They ship the clothing off to a outside place!! On top of that they lost on of my Suit Blazer. The quality have suffered every since.

They only take cash or...wait for it...checks. Do they scrub the clothes on a washboard down by the river?

This store is no longer at this location and switched to another location a few addresses east from the original location. Still in same building. No longer called Tip Top Cleaners and instead Greener Cleaners.
