This place is great - I had to stay a while in St. Louis and have to do laundry quite often especially due to Covid & hygiene to protect my health. This is the right place if you wanna do laundry: quick, easy and fairly priced.nnEmployees are quite helpful. This was my first time using their service and they helped out and offered different services.nnI highly recommend this place - go there and you won’t regret it. I wish I had known about this place before, my life would be easier.

I’m a fairly new customer of the Washateria and I will remain a customer for life! Tilly has been so friendly and helpful every time I’ve talked with her and she literally went out of her way to pick up my clothes this week. Everything comes back super clean, folded perfectly and smelling great. A+++ especially for Tilly!

Fine, I guess. You can wash your clothes here. Has signs up all over the place stating that masks are mandatory, yet every time I go, the employee is usually not wearing their mask and neither are some customers. Masks may be mandatory but they are definitely not enforced. Very pricey - smallest washing machine on cold is $3, medium sized washer is about $6. Seems outrageous. Please enforce mask policy.

They were a little pricey but they had plenty of washers and dryers. I was able to complete my wash laundry quickly. My visit was uneventful until the attendant who worked there asked me to wake my sleeping husband. She stated her boss doesn't like people sleeping in the laundromat. I found that very odd. We were paying customers not vagabonds. There were no signs that said no sleeping in the laundromat. Luckily my clothes were dry. We quickly folded our laundry and left. I will never return to this laundromat.

My fiancé needed a place to get his laundry washed while out of town for work and didn't want to wait at laundromat. The woman working was very nice and quick with his laundry and everything was folded perfectly.
