Customer service is very horrible The She/He tried to get me out of money and a lottery ticket if you have a receipt and tries to talk to them so they can correct the mistake. They steal don’t want to help you on A Mistake that they made and wants to argue with you.I tried to talk to the owner professionally and he told me he has a job to do too and he’ll call me back And did not call back. So if you don’t wanna go down there and get mistreated talk to any type away a And feel like they can talk to anybody any type away because the homeless people stay down there and goes in that shell station to buy things, they talk to them BAD that’s not fair when people are coming in their support that business do we need to protest At The Shells to get Respect for all Customers Also the manager skills are horribleDo I need to get STl news

Cheap gas, but the pumps didn't work great. Station is dirty. Someone was smoking Marijuana in an adjacent gas pump. Station didn't feel as safe as some other nearby stations given propel loitering.

It's not the gas station itself, but out of the handful of times I've been here (only living a block or two away and pass it on my commutes); all but maybe 1 time I was hassled for money. 1 time even included the offer of two different drug's for sale as well as potentially stolen items. Just don't feel comfortable pumping my gas there at all.

This Shell station is one of the busiest gas stations downtown St. Louis. It also is a bit of an oasis in the middle of Tucker. This means prepare yourself to have issues with getting in and out quickly. Also, lots of foot traffic all around this station so take it slow and easy. Not every pump works all the time but you’ll find one that does.

Employee stole cash from me and then lied. I came in at approximately 3 a.m.. I ordered five packs of Marlboro Lights and $10 in gas. I handed her two $20 bills and two $10 bills. She gave me back $9.55 in change. If you do the math, $60 - $10 is 50. $50 - $9.55 is $40.45. $40.45 / 5 is $8.09 per pack. That isn't the price of cigarettes there but she said the price went up. I will be contacting the owner and corporate if I have to.
