No availability in our area after making reservation. This is why I gave it four stars not five. Easy access to Rental cars. Fast and friendly service at a reasonable price.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The Enterprise in Sikeston MO has canceled my **reservation** not once but TWICE. Planned a whole vacation & **reserved** the car in advance, was told last minute there was no car, only because I couldn’t get them to answer the phone so I went up there. There was one worker, not busy at all so I’m not sure why he couldn’t answer the phone. They close at 12 on Saturday's and many locations are closed, so I have no other options but to cancel the whole trip. What is the point of a reservation if apparently it means first come first serve & try your luck? Will never *try* to use or refer them again.
People were super nice car was ready to go and clean very pleasant experience
The reason I did not get a 5 is because the car was dirty on the inside. There were food down inside the seat. It needed to be vacuumed. It seemed like a quick wash and that was it. In the days of covid all vehicles should be washed and sanitized.
New and clean vehicle. Service was outstanding.
