The staff at the downtown Saint Louis Washington street location were very supportive and accommodating. Any concerns, questions I had were answered right away. This location manager is awesome!! The ladies and gentlemen that work here are great! They are respectful and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. The cars are always clean and properly serviced if needed. Their gas and insurance prices are the best hands down! AND they have no extra fees nor hidden fees regarding mileage! For business or pleasure they have the car or truck you need. And they also have luxury cars that you may acquire with a credit card. I will always be a returning customer and I refer people I know to the Washington Enterprise location only.
We reserved a full size sedan, but when we went to pick it up they told us all they had left were compact sedans, so we had no choice but to take it. When we got the car it was covered in scratches and smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke on the inside. There was even a cigarette burn on the seat...along with several other stains. It’s very frustrating that the websites don’t match the actual inventory of the locations. This happens a lot, unfortunately. But the staff was very professional. This location was extremely busy when we went and the staff kept their composure well.
I wasn't explain properly about your new policy of the 300 deposit plus the cost of the rental. The van i got didn't do well at all in the snow, Dodge 2019 Grand Caravan. It had only one charging port and no Bluetooth. When I returned the vehicle everything had checked out fine, and the manager said that i will be receiving my full deposit back of $300 but instead I received only $200 in my bank account
I have been renting with this location for three months straight. Due to the snow storm over this week I was 4 days behind on payment. I am a single mother of 5. The manger Amanda reported car as stolen and, I didn’t know until I called to make a payment. I work for the public so I am payed daily. I am so frustrated because, a relationship should have been made within those months to know I will not steal a vehicle. That you will be up to date on payments weekly. She basically said people like me usually run off with their cars. I’m not sure what kind of people those are but it’s not me. I’ve rented with other locations for months and have never had this happen. Maybe I should of went to a different location. I watched them make a family sit in the lobby (after having an accident ) and refused to take them to the bank which was (5min away) so they could become Mobil again. They are always over booked. They never have the cars you want. They smell like cigarettes. This location is trash all together.
