Delivery was prompt and professional. Cookies were one of the most spectacular things I've ever tasted. Melt in your mouth morsels of heavenly sweetness. My mind was blown, I never knew cookies could be this life changing. Thank you insomnia cookies for showing me what real cookies and ice cream should be.

Everytime we go to St Louis for a night out, we have to get Insomnia cookies! They are the best! We had to place an order online and the we were able to go and get it. I wish they would put a store on this side of the river!

We placed our order and waited for delivery for almost an hour. After an hour I spoke with Mike at the store. He was super knowledgeable and explained the process as this was our first experience with Insomnia. He told me he was going to refund our order and that we would still be getting our order since we had waited so long. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! We got our order shortly after our conversation and he even added extras to our order! Thank you soo much Mike! He made our night and we will definitely be ordering next time we are up here!

Called because of an issue with Postmastes not delivering my food which was completely out of Insomnia Cookies hands. I spoke to Mike the Assistant Manager who explained even though he nor his store was at fault he was going to make it right by processing the refund as quickly as possible as well as emailing me a voucher for a free 6 pack of cookies. I already planned to try the cookies next time I'm visiting Missouri but knowing that Mike has such great customer service and went above and beyond means l'll definitely be giving them another shot.

I was staying at a hotel .5 miles from the store for a birthday get away. Ordered the cookies at 8:03 PM. It's currently 10:51 PM and have yet to receive my order. I called them, and unfortunately the woman was very nice.. I have a hard time complaining because I understand circumstances, however it's been 3 hours. I just wanted a cookie. It would have been faster to walk over there and get some, but alas, it's 29° out. I thought being a half a mile down the road it'd be somewhat fast. ud83dude14 Highly disappointed.
