Everyone knows your name
I dropped off a pair of pants to be hemmed on 5/25/19 and they told me it would be ready by Friday. It’s been 10 days now, stopped by yesterday, they told me they would be in later that day, decided to wait till today and just called and they are still not ready. Can’t speak for their cleaning services, but I’m going back to my regular tailor. Learned my lesson...also kinda sketchy when you walk in and no one greets you for a good 5 minutes. I even waved to the people in the back and they actively avoided making eye contact with me. At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if they lost my pants.nnEdit: They didn’t lose my pants. It took them 11 days when I was quoted 5. Pants are in fine condition, they pressed them for me. Still can’t recommend their alterations service.
Have always been pleased with their service. Friendly staff. Have taken a few items that had pilling and they took care of at no additional charge.
