Mike Z & Jacob made having a sewer backup in my basement easy to deal with. They were prompt in coming to the rescue. Jacob was very kind, professional and communicated with me every step of the way! Not to mention how quickly he was able to get the sewage in my basement cleaned up & back to normal. I would not hesitate in hiring ServPro again. I highly recommend this company for your home needs.

I was dealing with a flooded basement and Mike and his team were so helpful. The crew arrived on time, gave me a fair price, were quick and efficient and even hauled away my things that weren’t salvageable. I would recommend them to anyone. I hope I don’t have to use their services again, but I would in a heartbeat if I needed to!

I had an unfinished basement flood due to sump pump failure on a Saturday morning. The Servpro Kirkwood rep responded promptly and advised me they could take care of the damage, and estimated the cost to be around $2,500, at which time I authorized them to proceed. 3 days later they collected all of the fans, and sent me an invoice for $8,100!!! At NO TIME did anyone EVER discuss with me that the charges would be 2.5 times their initial estimate! I refused to pay after reviewing the detail of the estimate, and after a few weeks they charged my credit card for the amount of the invoice, less $100. Again, no discussion, no correspondence, nothing! Needless to say I am EXTREMELY frustrated with their lack of professionalism and business sense, and am looking into legal action. If this is their standard method of operating, shame on them!

The entire crew gave excellent service. Mike ( manager) was first to arrive to mitigate and prevent additional loss. Job well done!
