So many beautiful choices especially with Valentine's Day right around the corner!
The place is gorgeous! And the location is very convenient, however I wasn’t too keen on the customer service I experienced. I was needing assistance but the two ladies that were available stayed distant and continued to talk amongst one another. I had to approach them to ask questions which was quite annoying.
A friend of mine was treated extremely rudely by your staff apparently due to the fact he wasn’t dressed as ‘nice’ as he should have been while he was shopping for a gift. After this affront, he left the store and ordered the same thing from the website. You may want to look into the training you have in place.
