Went in looking for a very specific ring, while they tried very hard to make it work, they were unable to get it in time however they pointed me in the right direction knowing full well it ment a lost sale for them. I couldn't be more thankful as it worked out perfectly, will be going back.

My now husband and I ordered our wedding bands online and they were late arriving so we were super freaked out! We decided to check out paramount jewelers and we had the BEST experience. We picked our rings that we LOVED for a very reasonable price. They were knowledgeable, spent time with us and even fed us dessert! It was such a wonderful experience. I went back today to have both my engagement and wedding ring resized and they offered their services at a very affordable price! They have every kind of jewelry in every price range! I cannot day enough positive things about them! Please please please go to Paramount for your jewelry needs! You will not be disappointed! ❤ufe0f

LOST MY RINGnSadly, I must say my experience at Paramount Jewelers was disappointing. I dropped off a family ring to be engraved for our wedding, a gold men’s wedding band (which we are using as my fiancé’s ring in our wedding next week). I was told it would be finished in a few days. 3 weeks went by and I did not hear from them, so I called. The person on the phone had a difficult time locating my order, and once he found the receipt slip, he put me on hold. He came back on the line to tell me the engraving had not been completed yet, because the ring had fallen on the ground “in between the shelf and the wall” and they hadn’t realized it. He literally said, “I’m glad you called because we wouldn’t have known this was here!” He said they’d have it done in a few hours and we hung up. I went to pick it up this afternoon and expressed my concern about them charging me the full amount after what had happened. The staff was kind and went to get the manager. He asked if I was unhappy with the engraving, to which I said no. I clarified that I was concerned with how this was handled and that it should be corrected, either discounted or covered. He replied, “I can take that ring to the back and buff off the engraving if you’re so unhappy.” It was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Ultimately I paid and left with the ring. I understand mistakes happen but I did not even get an apology; and it’s not about the money (it was only $45), but the principle of how this was handled. The engraving is fine but could be done elsewhere. I will not be returning to this business or recommending them, which is unfortunate since I live in the area and I like to support small business.
