I always have a great experience at this location and this one was no different. I reserved same day as pick up, a Friday. The team was super busy, but patient and kind with everyone. Adam helped me at pickup and return. When I asked for shuttle service, he assured me it was no problem and gave me a lift!! Thanks again ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

I needed a rental car during a vehicle transition in the midst of some very bad weather. Ryan hooked me up with a 4 x 4 Nissan Armada (nice!!!) to accommodate me during this time, truly a lifesaver during the storms. I have been in Saint Louis for 10 years now. I’ve had to use this Enterprise a few times in that period and have stuck with them because of their extreme professionalism. Every single person I’ve dealt with has been courteous and helpful despite their having to deal with some of the rudest and most inconsiderate simpletons I’ve ever seen. I applaud them all for not losing their minds on the daily!nnMy most recent rental was while awaiting the outcome of my car that was in an accident. The only thing they had available was a Chevy truck, which isn’t quite my style nor was it conducive to a 5’4” guy. I wanted a trade in when possible for an SUV but it took some doing to get one. After being patient and returning a second time to trade out the truck, I was completely surprised at the beautiful Murano I was given! Ryan and Tristan totally took care of me! I can’t say enough good things about these people. So much that I even bought the staff donuts to say thank you.

Experience was good and I would’ve given this location a 5 stars but they were unable to provide a return ride to my home upon returning my vehicle. In the future I will inform ahead of time the location, but upon request for pick the location may want to ask if a return ride will be needed upon drop off since I’m order to have adequate staff available for this service, it is one of the things that sets enterprise apart from other companies. Otherwise someone may choose to go with a different company.

The agent picked me up at the auto body shop and took me to the agency. I was assigned a sub compact even tho I drive an SUV. The car has been smoked in even tho the company has a NO SMOKING clause.nI returned the sub compact that someone had smoked in and was given an upgraded car. Much better. I will redo the rating.
