Very friendly staff & great quality definitely will be coming back!
I had to use them three times in the last month. Each time my garments were done on time or a day early. The quality of the cleaning was top notch, and the employees were easy to work with and very friendly. I see no reason to use a different dry cleaner.
I brought a very dirty coat in to them over the holiday season while they were busy and was told to come back in 3 days. The coat was ready on time but unfortunately was still not fully clean. I called them and took the coat back in for a FREE second cleaning which they went above and beyond on. This company cares about customer service and I will definitely remain a customer as long as the service is good! Also, as a side note, the employees were all very easy / reasonable to work with and gave no attitude.
The quality of service is great however your store does not adhere to your posted business hours. Arrived at 5:45 pm on Saturday and your doors were closed and all was dark. Your business hours online and on your door clearly state 6pm. It was apparent the attending employee was long gone. Please change your hours if you are unable to keep employees at work during those hours. I have a 35 min drive and it was a waste of my time.
terrible service. they lost a suit that we needed to attend a funeral. they said that their machine had broken and that they did not want to go through all of the cloths to find it. unbelievable
