Family owned Business, great customer service. I have my bedroom comforters dry cleaned with this wonderful family and couldn't be more happier with my items once I picked them up. I had a stain on one queen size comforter and when I picked up my items I was extremely impressed and pleased to hear that the stain was removed. I completely recomend this Family Business for your Dry Cleaning and alterations.
Dropped off coat with two small paint spots and a small grease spot on sleeve, went to pick up almost a week later with spots still there with them saying they can't guarantee anything and still charged me $10.80! Said they could try again with harsher chemicals but I'd have to sign a waiver not holding them responsible if they damaged the coat. Took the coat home myself putting a couple drops of Shout Stain Remover that cost maybe only a fews cents and after a few minutes of letting it soak, all the spots rubbed right out! Lakeview Dry Cleaners needs to find a different line of business since they clearly don't know what they're doing!
