Melanie and her team did a phenomenal job designing a wedding band and necklace out of my grandmother’s engagement ring. They created beautiful pieces out of a ring that meant so much to me! The quality is top notch and they completed the pieces so quickly! I cannot say enough positive things about LSL jewelers, thank you from Dallas!

Dropped off 3 watches for battery replacement, only 1 battery replaced, 1 replacement was just not completed (but i was charged) and the store did not have the expertise to complete the third replacement. Returned to store to have battery replaced on the watch that was not completed and was accused of bringing in a different watch. Was told it must be my confusion, could not possibly be theirs. 5 minutes on You tube and replaced battery myself on the watch that they did not have the expertise to replace. I always try to support local private business but I will no longer be able to support this one. Very disappointing experience!nPoor customer service over a $10 battery, I was willing to give them a pass on the G Shock that they did not know how to replace the battery on.
