Absolutely amazing customer service! Very helpful, caring staff/owner! Highly recommended Marks Jewelers to find that perfect gift for someone special. I felt like family and that my needs/wants were most important.
I just left Marks and I was blown away! I have been to many jewelers; small places, chain places, you name it. I have never felt so at ease and my wants and needs were kept as the main priority. He was super knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me in any way. He knew what I wanted and we worked for hours to get it right. He never tried to sell me something he knew was out of my vision and budget. He listened and kept saying “I work for you”. His place will be our jeweler for life. We are both from north county so we had a lot in common :) I cannot wait to see my ring when it comes in! No matter what you are looking for in the jewelry world, go to Marks!
