I ordered holiday photo cards and address labels online with plenty of time before Christmas to get them sent out. I got a call and email that my order was ready to pick up, so I drove over there to be told that only my address labels were ready. When I had given my name, the lady asked what I ordered, then checked in about fifteen different places and told me my photos weren't there. Weird, but whatever. Many days later, I got a call from them that was a "reminder" about picking up the photos that supposedly weren't there at the beginning. When I go to pick them up, the lady spends forever looking around the entire disorganized department, asking if I actually ordered there and actually got a pickup call. She finally found them and gave them to me with no apology or anything. I went ahead and adressed them all immediately and sent them out, but they'll arrive after Christmas. Today, I got another call saying my cards are ready to pick up -- the ones I already got last week. I already have everything I ordered, but I'm considering coming in anyway just to watch them frantically search all over for my order.
Couldn't get any help on how to print out photos. After finally getting help it took longer than they said it would be to pick up 1 hour photos
Waited 15 min to pick up pictures for the second time. This Walmart has horrible service.
