The customer service personnel at Enterprise were friendly and responsive to me when I arrived to pick up the vehicle a rented. It was a pleasant experience. The vehicle was ready in a few moments after I arrived. They made sure it was clean and ready to go. I was presented with a electronic device that made signing documents eazy and smooth. The gave me the car keys and instructed me on how to operate the vehicle. This was very helpful because the vehicle was a new model with updated features that I was not aware of.

The staff are real nice and polite,and know and do there job well. I rent alot of vechiles and this is by far the best one I've been too!

Rented me a van that was dirty, frozen windshield wiper fluid and the wipers were actually broken. I drove away and realized no wipers so brought it back. They swapped me out for another similar van. The van was on empty. Why would they rent you a car you have go straight to the gas pump? It was a very low grade mini van that had no screen and no Bluetooth. Is that even possible anymore with a rental car? I guess so... I was planning to rent for a family vacation. I decided to cancel the rental and drive my own car when I realized i could even connect my phone. I’m out. In their defense it was very cold and they said the car wash wasn’t working.nnThey were very helpful and patient and refunded my deposit. Just super surprised by these low grade vans and the other stuff mentioned above. I don’t want to take my family on a trip in an unwashed, frozen washer fluid(you can buy wiper fluid that doesn’t freeze all day long at auto zone), and wipers that don’t actually work, with no Bluetooth or CarPlay or anything like that.nnI guess I’m just used to renting nice cars at the airport. This van should NOT be on their rental fleet.

Called location that showed up in Maryville was transferred to reservation center made my reservation confirmed address of location with reservations. So day of rental I go to location which was in a body shop and it was closedud83dude21. So I called number on reservation and spoke to Tyler at that location he gave me directions to the location that actually had my reservation. Get to location and apologize for my words because it wasn’t his fault that the reservation center dropped the ball. They didn’t have my rental type and Tyler brought out the keys to all my options which was great normally only get to do that at airports. But at the end of the day Tyler went above and beyond even after get lip from me for something that wasn’t his fault. Great customer service from this associate!!

I rent from here often, the customer service and staff are great. However, twice now they didn't have any vehicles to rent and once had to downgrade due to selection.nnEnterprise Corporate needs to understand how booming Wentzville is and plan accordingly (I set my reservation up several days in advance).
