Paid for the $20 wash. Waited 10 min for the arm to open so that we could enter, 2 employees came over. Said we had to go inside to fix the issue. I went inside and a worker came out with me to manually open the arm, he said he would program it to give us the $20 wash... highly dissatisfied as we left with dirt still on our car! But since they “said” they gave us the $20 they would not refund the money. Never going back to that wash!

The cat wash is great, if you want the dirt and paint removed from your vehicle!
