Today I was able to rent a 5x10 unit and it was such an easy process. Brandi was very polite and professional. She also adhered to the social distancing protocol which made me feel comfortable and safe while in the office. Brandi explained everything well so I knew how to use the access code and lock and unlock the unit. She answered all my questions and helped me get the app on my phone to make it easier to pay and get notifications. Very pleased with the customer service today.
Found a storage at a great rate here. After researching for a few days turns out storage is expensive! I'm on a budget and appreciate the move in specials offered. Excellent customer service in office as well. The manager was very helpful in the whole process. She even showed me how to use gate code and the lock.
Love the outstanding service at this location. My family has been using Public Storage for years,all locations. I must say Ms. Brandi is by far one of the best managers. She's attentive to customers and cares,will work to rectify any issues that may arise in a timely manner. Always pleasant when you come in, which is why I wanted to give this review.
