If I could give NO stars!nI received my subs soggy and order incorrect not once but twice. I did not complain the first time but when I finally spoke up the second time I was greeted with arrogance and no help at all. To say that I am disappointed is a huge understatement! You would think that they wouldn’t want bad reviews and they would want repeat business. I am like a walking advertisement for companies when I am happy I tell EVERYONE! I am in a position that I deal with a lot of people on a daily basis and people ask me often where to go to dine out or other places and this is one place I will NOT be referring to anyone! I was ted almost $40 this time with them and they won’t get another dime from me after the way that manager treated me. I asked her who the owner was and she refused to give me that information so I WILL be finding out and will be contacting them about how I was treated! They should have made this right instead of telling me that: “ It sucks to be me” and that I’m on my own and they’re not doing anything to right this wrong! With attitude like this they won’t survive as a business very long! I read on and I see that ALOT of others have posted horrible reviews for these same reasons so I know I’m not alone in this!
