We’ve been with this practice for over 12 years. I appreciate their flexibility and am grateful to Dr. Alexander for her commitment to the practice & to my family. I hope that she will be able to witness my children grow into adulthood but also believe that all the physicians at Klebanow & Associates are capable and dedicated to the health and wellness of the children that walk into their office. The staff I’ve encountered for well-visits, acute visits or flu shots, have consistently been professional, courteous and accommodating. Thank you so much for all you’ve done for my family.

This is a wonderful practice with patient and caring providers. My kids have been seeing Dr. Chatterjee and Mrs. Thistle for the past 5 years and we are very happy with them. I highly recommend this practice.

We love this pediatricians office. Dr. Thompson is our main pediatrician, but we’ve seen others in a pinch. They’re wonderful. The NPs and lactation consultants are also good. The nurses are also solid. The office staff is especially lovely and helpful, which makes more of a difference than you’d think in getting care for your kiddos. They’re quick to answer the phone, get you calls back, help with random questions. Shannon is on top of things and Rose in medical records is exceptionally helpful and kind. We love this office.

A wonderful practice. All of the staff is helpful and friendly. We felt very safe with our Well Check visit during the pandemic. Would recommend Dr. Chaterjee and Mrs. Thistle to any friend. Only worked with 1 other doctor in the practice when a child was sick, but they were also great!

All staff is nice, quick and efficient. They are good about separating sick and well children which eases my mind when we have to come for a well visit that I am not exposing my children to too many germs. We can always get same day appointments which is helpful with four children when a health issue pops up.
