Belmont Manor & Historic Park

My first job was working here when it was a conference center. I wish it was still furnished from top to bottom in beautiful antiques. It's a beautiful house on stately grounds that most people will never know existed.

Excellent place to visit

As a wedding planner based in Maryland, I definitely loved working at Belmont Manor for our client's wedding. Their beautiful tent made a nice raw canvas for us to build a custom wedding inside, and the pond, and well groomed gardens outside made for beautiful bridal portraits! I would recommend this space again.

My wife and I got married here a few years ago and we could not have picked a better place. We still go back as the events that they host are wonderful, from the Christmas Open-house to the movies on the lawn. It's a great place just to come for a hike or visit.nnAs for the wedding venue, first of all, the staff was very easy to work with and were in consistent contact with us leading up to the event; they made sure that we had every question we had answered.nnAs far as the venue goes, they were very flexible and accommodating. We walked the grounds and requested an unusual place to have our ceremony (the front lawn instead of the gardens) and they made sure it was all set-up perfectly.nnI also have to say, all that they included in their price was so far below what you get at other venues. They included the ceremony chairs, the reception chairs and tables, and prep spaces for both sides of the bridal party. Many of the other, higher priced venues we looked at required you to rent these things in addition to their costs.nnI highly recommend considering this venue for weddings or any other formal event you may consider!
