The therapists and support staff are friendly and supportive, they know how to get you back on track. If you put in the effort you will see results in getting back to sports or whatever activities you have been missing out on. Helen helped me realize how I wasn't utilzing certain muscles in my theighs, which were throwing off my knees, balance and caused an injury.

I have been working with Laura for the past couple of months, and she is the most kind, caring, responsive, determined PT I've ever worked with. She really listens to what your concerns are, and adapts your PT to exactly what you need to treat your issues best. I would highly, highly recommend her.
