One star is for the receptionistnI had a 12:30 appointment scheduled with Natalie Rivers. I booked the appointment over the phone with her personally. So the scheduling issue used for a sorry attempted of a excuse after I left without her attempting to fix prior to is a lie and pathetic.nI arrived early to my appointment so all my paperwork was done and completed with the receptionist place me on the table with heating pad at 12:30 saying the PT would be in, in a few minutes. At 1:08 I got up and I was asking the reception when was I going to be seen. She left and came back now 1:10 stating it would be a few minutes as the PT was with other clients. 3 different clients at one time to be exact. so 4 people in to see one PT at the same time. I have been treated by PTs since I was 17 and I have never had shared time slots. I was told that an initial evaluation could take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. I have never heard of it, neither has my specialist and I was not made aware of any of these conditions when I booked with Natalie herself , nor was any of this in my appointment reminder. Thanks for the added stress that going straight to the pained areas I was seeking treatment for.

Finally a physical therapist that actually provides therapy! Kelly and the staff at Touchstone gave me the best p.t. that I've ever had after surgery. They are truly qualified to treat a wide range of therapy needs. I felt better than I had in years and would recommend anyone in need of physical therapy contact Touchstone asap. You won't regret it.

Kelly and his staff are amazing! I have been going for a few months and everyone in the office is fantastic. they really want to do everything they can to help you feel better!
