The morning employee is very disrespectful, and he looks like he was high on something. I will never go there again. He really need to be fired.
Rude cashier!nThe pumps are slow and sometimes not working well if you are using a card. This morning when I went inside to ask the cashier what was wrong with the pump after waiting several seconds for it to be operational he simply told me I didn’t know how to operate a gas pump! He afterwards use a lot of expletives to insult me and capped it up by telling me to f-ing go back to my country. I could not believe it. Well, they won’t see me there again.
Nice job cashier deemi well done before I come in side he always know what I need and he give me good service I really appreciate
Kathy the Service Manager was a pleasure to work with; she identified my problem immediately. She was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Totally professional experience and they did a superior job. If I have work that needs to be done in the future I will definitely choose Shell Service Repair.
They are very professional and have pleasant attitude. Would definitely recommend them to someone needing work on vehicle.
