I recently started coming here as a patient myself after bringing my father here for extensive dental work which, unfortunately, was ignored for many years by his previous dentists and oral surgeon. Both my father and I have nothing but good things to say. No one ever really enjoys going to the dentist, but now I can honestly say that coming to see the dentist is a pleasure. No matter what the procedure, I’ve been dealt with promptly and professionally, and treated with utmost skill and care. At Ellicott City Smiles Dental Group, there is a world of difference. Everyone working here goes the extra mile to treat you well. Our experience here has been exceptional. All of the staff, from the reception to the dental assistants, are extremely friendly, helpful, and great at their jobs. The doctors are the best we’ve ever been to. On top of providing superior treatment and care, they take time to educate patients and family as well as treat us with compassion and respect. We drive a little out of our way to come here. Ellicott City Smiles Dental Group is the best dentist I've found in the area. They were able to get me in same day for tooth pain and have been excellent at addressing both the present issue and the underlying causes. Each person is attentive and listens to your concerns. They can take care of most issues in the office. They're also fantastic at observing safety and cleanliness in the office.nnMy 8 year daughter also met them and is quite particular (dreads?) most doctor and dental appointments. After one appointment she said she'd be happy to come back here. I've already recommended then to a friend and am happy to do the same to anyone reading this review.
As a new patient, I felt welcomed and in good hands. The hygienist, Brenda, took time to find out my history and my concerns. After a thorough exam, she explained a plan of action and made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. Dr. Modarres was very personable and agreed with the plan. Based on my experience today, I would definitely recommend Ellicott City Smiles!
I had a lot of work done and I feel I was in good hands. Dental work is no fun! So I am very particular who gets to work on my teeth. This Dr. Is both professional and honest Back from another visit. I drive 2 hours each way because I trust these Doctors!
I and my family moved here 18 months ago from the UK and researched many dental groups finally settling on Smiles. Smiles dental Group are a very professional organization that takes patient care and satisfaction very seriously. As soon as you walk through the door you are met by a joyful reception team who make you feel comfortable from the first minute - they are knowledgeable and know their way around the insurance circuit which was a great help as new to the US. The team assess and develop a plan of action for the health of your teeth and mouth. Cleaning services are very thorough and the Drs work with you to make sure everything is explained and all options are explored to make sure you choose the right plan for you.nThank you Smiles for the wonderful and conscientious service.
