They didn't have a full menu as before
Terrible customer service. We waited an hour with a party of ten only to be sat at two different tables. We were celebrating my father in laws Bday so it would’ve been nice to have been notified. Also, the food was not that good. I got my son the Mac and Cheese kids meal and they didn’t put the fries on there. Also, since it was 30 min to close, we were told we could not order more food since the kitchen was closed so I just gave my fries to my son. The drinks were never refilled. We asked for a glass of ice water and the server never brought it. At the end, the server was rudely picking up the table while we were still there. Definitely not going back there.
Had to wait 15minutes for the payment system to turn back on- it happens, but they forgot our side orders. They have stickers saying the order is double checked for completion, which apparently doesn’t help.nnUpdate: I have been compensated for the missing items and will be giving this location another shot. I appreciate the fast response.
Two for Tuesday. Love that you can mix flavors in sets. I like the Reaper in small quantity but need a medium sauce chaser and the 24Tuesday let's me do that.
Won’t be coming back to this location. I’ll make the extra 10 minute drive to a much better run chain. The past two times I came it took a couple minutes just to be greeted. We asked to be on the patio which was apparently closed, so we were seated inside. Took another 5 minutes to get approached for drink orders. When ordering food, I was told they didn’t have the menu item I ordered, bummer. Ordered wings instead, had to ask for napkins. My wife was clear about the things she wanted on the side of her meal which still came out wrong. I don’t know what the waitress was or was not writing, or the communication with the kitchen. The waitress just seemed like she didn’t have any training or not focused on her job. Speaking of the kitchen, I’m amazed the manager allows the gangster cooks to listen to their foul language garbage music so loud. I could hear their music much better than the restaurant’s. BWW should just clear out the staff and start over.
