Their customer service is phenomenal. Diamond took such good care of my puppy (grooming) and went above and beyond to make both of our experiences seamless and memorable! The staff is also quite knowledgeable and most importantly, kind. The cashier took great care of us and helped me out tremendously. Not to mention, everyone was patient with me as a new dog mom. They really are great.

If I could rate this grooming location less than one star I would! Horrible... took puppy in for first grooming appointment - groomer was less than welcoming and stated due to the breed and natural temperament she was uncomfortable grooming my dog. The puppy is less than 5 months old and not aggressive (super sweet will lick you to death). Manager offered no assistance. Terrible, take your puppy and money elsewhere - some place with much more experience - with all breeds.nFound another local groomer who serviced my pup with no issues or concerns.

Had class held here for my Toy poodle. Ben was exceptional when it came to training our poodle and teaching us. Alot of patience from the young man. This is what fantastic service is!
