Helen and Jordan provided outstanding customer service! Helen was very knowledgeable in helping us determine the equipment and supplies needed to setup a new fish tank. Jordan was very professional in helping us pick out supplies for our cat. We will definitely come back!

Paid for the year unlimited nail trim and teeth brushing and wish I could take it back. There have been multiple instances of ringing it up wrong or the system being down leading to extensive delays (up to an hour once). We have shown up without an appointment because the website says they take walk ins and been turned away and told we needed an appointment. And last time I went the woman at the grooming station was extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. She didn’t say hello or greet me at all. I stood at the desk in front of her for a few min before another employee told her to help me. She still didn’t greet me, just stared at me and I told her I had an appointment. When she brought my first dog back out from the back she walked her straight up to another dog with both dogs on leash. Luckily that dog was calm so there wasn’t a fight but I was horrified. I asked her not to do that again and she grunted in response and took my other dog. The other customer apologized profusely because she could see I was upset and I explained I wasn’t upset with her or her dog but with the staff member for being irresponsible. Then the same staff member brought my other dog out and did the EXACT SAME THING with my other dog and a different customers dog. Again no fight occurred, both dogs did fine with it but I am literally so upset I don’t want to ever go back even though I paid for a whole year. No apology or anything from this woman, just blatant disregard for the safety and security of the pets involved.

I am big fan of this location! Very nice that it’s in a shopping center like this so you can stop in while you’re already out for some pet food, litter, etc. Pretty big selection and nice staff, definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

I am a frequent customer every (2 to 3 weeks)at this Petco location. I normally purchase online and do in store pickup or curb side. This time I was unable to pick up my dogs food and ask my mom could she pick up the dog food. I called the store to see if I could have someone else pick up the food and the manger told me that no one else could pick up my order due to that they did not have a picture of my Id which would be fine but only bc I was on a walking trail I could not send a picture of my ID. The inconvenience that this store and the staff that does not ever know the product is crazy! SMH what I find to very weird is if I were to have someone else’s name for pick up they still would have had to show ID.... it always something at this location

Found a small portion of what I was shopping for. But most of all the shop was clean and not smelling as some shops re. Pls stay clean and fresh.
