Great stay. The rats where minor. The staff took care of me let me use the phone, gave me toilet paper and even let me have a cigarette for 50$..... The food had no taste was my only complaint.... My cell mate Robert was great I have no idea how such a nice guy could kill 6 people. I got free food and even let me stay overnight for free and out the cold....Would definitely stay again when it gets cold again

My fiancé is housed here and he is in remission of cancer and he had a stroke and passed out. The only thing they gave him was an aspirin and watched him for a lil while. They never hooked him up to an EKG machine so my thought was if they told him he had a mild stroke then why in the world was he not taken to a hospital. To make matters worse he has swelling in his leg and they never did a ultra sound on his leg to make sure he didn't have a DVT! He has to be on medication for his leg and they stopped his medicine so he's in pain constantly. When I call up there to speak to the warden she isn't in so I ask to speak to medical and off the top the lady tells me she can't talk to an inmates Family about their health issues. I told the lady that I didn't need his health information an that I as calling to let them know that he has been trying to see them but the CO's won't let him. She reiterated what she said the first time an hung up! I will call back tomorrow an if things don't go like they are supposed to then I have no choice but to take things to the next step and that's going over some people's head.

Where do I begin, piss poor supervision and management. Corruption from the top to bottom, with correctional officers helping out inmates. Feminism at your finest with special treatment for women correctional officers, they get to wear ridiculous hairstyles when they tell you something different initially.nnSafety issues throughout the facility, your local gang members and trash control the entire facility, the correctional officers love the attention from the inmates, they are blushing and smiling while inmates are flirting with them. There's no safety standard so you can be 600-lb being a correctional officer, they don't care about your height or weight anyone can join here.nnMost are related to the criminals that's getting processed inside the jail, correctional officers are constantly sneaking drugs inside the facility that won't ever stop, BGF, Muslim gangs and others have infiltrated the entire facility, if you are reading this post and thinking about joining don't it's not worth your safety or health. you will continue to get your same trash coming in and out of the jail for the rest of their life.nnThe system needs to be revamped but it's already broken, they think putting a Band-Aid on it will help, but they need to destroy the cancer inside.
